PEMULWUY
The proposal consists in a contemporary combination of three different
modular town houses distributed in the periphery of a triangular site that creates organic pathways along the entire site connecting the inhabitants throughout all the boundaries and main roads.

MEMORIAL
The overall design comprises a total of 18 units distributed in 4- storeys of a L shaped contemporary building that faces Memorial Avenue on the Eastern side and Newman St on the Northern side

NUWARRA
Nuwarra Rd Building consists in a total of 10 units. Its design responds to the urban context offering open views from wide balconies through all the floors to the main Avenue. 

MIXED USE

MERRYLANDS 1
The design proposed for Merrylands Rd comprises a total of 18 units and 243 sqm of retail.  The building is allocated in a busy Rd, mainly commercial.

PENRITH

The Penrith Childcare accommodates a total of 30 kids under 5 years of age distributed in 3 main indoor play areas.

BOWENFELS

The Bowenfels site possesses a big extension of lush which was a great opportunity for us to explore different spatial solutions that responds to the program needs without any restrictions understanding that the environment is considered the “Third Teacher”.

The Building comprises a total of 10 units and 84 sqm of retail. The main emphasis in the design was to responds to the intersection condition of the site.

This architecturally designed family home showcases quality finishes, open floor plan, high ceilings, grand open riser staircase that meets a kitchenette upstairs opening to a sitting room.
