Our Nuwarra Road Building design responds effectively to its urban context, providing expansive views of the main avenue.

At a total of 10 units, this design establishes a dialogue between its neighbouring elements while making a striking and modern impression. This project demonstrates an exquisite response to the complex geometry of the site, while allowing for superior spatial quality in each of the apartments. Each of the wide balconies face the lush avenue, creating an expansive sense of space and tranquillity.
